Lisbon Hideaway is situated one of the most scenic routes in the world known as the Panorama Route. The route is home to some of the breathtaking natural gems, making it the ideal area for guests looking to get acquainted with nature.

For guests seeking the fresh breeze that comes with waterfalls, the Panorama Route has an abundance of them. The stunning Lisbon Falls are only 800m from our hideaway while Berlin Falls are 2km away, and 24km away are the Mac Mac Falls.

The route houses the world’s third largest canyon, The Blyde River Canyon. The canyon which has mysterious Bourke’s Luck and Blyde River within its confines, is a bucket-list destination for guests looking see nature’s beauty uninterrupted.

The Panorama Route is home to a few breathtaking natural gems. God’s Window, which is located only 3km away from us, exposes you to stunning views, while the Three Rondavels (44 km from us), a collection of three-rondavel shaped peaks are nothing short of stunning. 

The Panorama Route also has something for history buffs in the form of Pilgrim’s Rest, a historic gold rush town town hidden 23 km away from our establishment.  Lastly, beyond the Panorama Route is one of Africa’s wildlife conservation areas Kruger National Park - 42 km away from Lisbon Hideaway.
